Steps

Step 1. Turn ON the device and go to the “dialer” section of the device i.e where you normally dial number when making calls.


Step 2. Dial this given code ##786# (which also known as ##RTN#).

After dialing the code immediately you enter the last # the code will start dialing automatically
Click on ”VIEW” just as seen in the provided screenshot.


Note: If the first code didnt work out , then dial this second code *#*#786#*#*



After the dialing the rtn code view android device rtn information would be displayed, proceed to next step.


Step 3.Remember will are Still on the RTN screen, scroll down below to the section of “Reconditioned status” Here you get two options to follow;
>> Yes – If the status is YES then your Android phone is a refurbished model.
>> No – But if the status is NO, then Congratulations, your device is not a refurbished model. Instead, it is factory new brand model.
